高功率合金电阻产品编号
包装代码:EB(无铅(Pb))为指定1000块卷筒的非标准包装代码。这些非标准包装代码与我们的标准EA(不含铅))相同,只是它们的包装数量为1000件。
威世合金电阻特性
组件温度系数(包括终端)(1)从-55°C到150°C(ppm/°C):①-300 / +50 for 0.5 m,to 0.99 m;②± 150 for 1 m and 2 m;③± 75 for 3 mWto 5 m。
Tcr(ppm/°C):< 20。
工作温度范围(°C):-65 to +170。
最大工作电压(v):(P x R)1/2。
注(1)组件TCR -总TCR,包括电阻元件的TCR效应和铜终端(2)元件TCR -仅适用于电阻元件使用的合金(3)最大工作电压-WSL对电压不敏感,但受功率/能量耗散的限制,也不是ESD敏感.
